How long are your contracts? Do you do 12 month retainers?

No, our standard agreement is for 90 days. We seek to provide value and provide it quickly. Your business functions quarterly and profitability often changes from quarter to quarter as well. We work to earn our clients business every 90 days and decide whether we continue to work with each other again.

What is your Digital Operations Roadmap?

The starting price for our Digital Operations Roadmap is $2,500 upfront and typically takes 6-12 weeks depending on the scope.

The Digital Operations Roadmap is the foundation for the majority of our services and client engagements. We meet with you, and partner with you to deeply learn and understand your business.

We identify workflows and potential optimizations that maximize growth.

We create checklists, flowcharts, and establish SOPs for critical functions internally.

We identify what things automated, delegated, or enhanced with AI. We then eliminate software with no code solutions.

We then deliver documentation and training to the team to ensure the organization continues to grow after we're gone.

How quickly can you begin integrating into our business?

Our typically learning and discovery takes 1 to 2 weeks, for us to interview the team, learn the business, get setup or access with any internal tooling or external tooling we might need.

So our typical time to start from a signed contract to beginning an engagement is 2 to 3 weeks.
